Dutch international lyrical coloratura sopranist and bass Elim van Delft has been trained by soprano assoluto dramático Elena Syssojeva, furthermore learned from private lessons and masterclasses from the legendary soprano Nelly Miricioiu, and a study at the School for Young Talent at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague.

He received early international recognition, including a diploma from the Elena Obraztsova International Singing Competition in Saint Petersburg. His vocal artistry led him to stages across Europe, recently earning him the Maria Callas Award at the Opéra de Monte-Carlo, under the high patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. During the inaugural edition of the Mario del Monaco & James McCray International Opera Festival Elim received the first prize. The promising singer captivates audiences with a rare combination of technical brilliance, operatic depth, and emotional clarity.
